Measurements & As-built Floorplans

Measurement Services include:

Click on the link below for a sample of a basic sketch  with exterior measurements and square footage.  I also provide detailed floorplans with interior room dimensions upon request. 

Sketch Fees:

The fee will be $100 if your home is a one story home with 2,000 square feet or less of finished area over a crawl or slab.  There is no extra fee for an unfinished basement that is basically a footprint of the main level.  Add $50.00 for measurement of each additional 1,000 square feet or portion thereoff of finished area.  

The fee will be $150 if your home is a 1.5-story, 2-story, split-foyer, or split level home with 2,000 square feet or less of finished area over a crawl or slab.  There is no extra fee for an unfinished basement that is basically a footprint of the main level.  Add $50.00 for measurement of each additional 1,000 square feet or portion thereoff of finished area.

The fee will be $200 if your home is a 2+ story home with 2,000 square feet or less of finished area over a crawl or slab.  There is no extra fee for an unfinished basement that is basically a footprint of the main level.  Add $50.00 for measurement of each additional 1,000 square feet or portion thereoff of finished area.
